Shipping Information

Here at happyvalleyfilmfest, you will find the most comprehensive shipping options available to you.

Order Processing:
We used to hate waiting for our darts gear to arrive and we are sure you do to. This is why our family run business makes it our priority to get your new darts gear to you as soon as possible. Orders made before 2pm Monday - Friday (ex. Public Holidays) have the best chance of leaving that day. We will still do everything we can to get all orders after 2pm out that day as well, but if for any reason we can't make that happen, they will leave first thing the next business day.

Australia Shipping:
Non bulky orders start from €7.88. Our real time shipping calculator takes the weight of your products ordered and your postcode. At the checkout or in your cart, it queries Australia Post and Sendle (Couriers Please & Fastway Couriers) in real time, to give you the best possible shipping quotes based on the exact weight and your location. You will then be able to make your decision based on those 3 quotes. You will always pay the bare minimum when it comes to shipping your order and we will never mark up the shipping costs. 

PO Boxes:
Only Australia Post can deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you select the Australia Post options at the checkout if you wish to have your order delivered to a PO Box.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to all available countries via 2 tracked Australia Post Services. Choose from either Standard or Express shipping. Live shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout based on your orders weight and destination. To view delivery times, visit the Australia Post website here and click on the "Overseas" tab. Enter "LV-1083 Rīga Latvia" in the "From" field, then choose your country from the drop down menu in the "To" field and click "Go". For a more accurate estimate you can also enter your postcode in the field provided. Please remember these estimates are a guide only and delivery times may vary.

*Countries that have importing taxes or duty fees, must be paid by the customer when the goods arrive to the destination country. These costs are not included in the price of goods or our shipping charges.

Tracking Information:
All orders that leave our shop have complete parcel tracking from our door, to yours. You will be able to monitor your parcel via the tracking information that we provide. This will allow you to see what stage of the delivery process your parcel is up to at any given time. It also gives you a clear indication as to when your parcel will be delivered, so that you can give yourself the best possible chance of being home to receive your new darts goods.
