The Happy Valley Film Festival is a non-profit event that relies on community support for its existence. By becoming an Official Member of the Film Festival, you will be supporting the arts in Central Pennsylvania and ensuring that the Film Festival continues for another year. Your donation will help defray costs incurred in mounting the festival, such as the processing of film submission, rental facilities for the Festival, and advertising for the event.
